FrançaisBonmorrow provides enquiry pages to cleaning businesses. On a live website, the selected business receives your request so it can respond. The interactive preview and requests to install Bonmorrow are described below.
What we collect
Cleaning enquiries can include contact details, the requested service, location, preferences and optional photos. The cleaning business can add private follow-up notes and a discussed price. To prepare your own website with Bonmorrow, we save your business details, project messages, approvals and email login records. If you purchase service, we also record your renewal choice, payment references and service dates. Stripe handles your payment details; we do not store your full card number. For our own website enquiries and purchases, we may also save the public page first opened and a known search or AI referral source. This optional source hint stays in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes and is sent only when you submit an enquiry or open checkout. We do not record search terms, full referral URLs or a visitor identifier for this measurement.
Why
These details help the cleaning business respond to enquiries and follow up. Website project messages and business details can be processed by our automated assistant to prepare a draft and suggest changes; publication requires your approval in your private workspace. We use payment and service records to provide receipts, manage the renewal option you chose and resolve operational problems. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Only use fictional contact details in demonstration forms.
Storage and access
Cloudflare hosts our website, database, photo storage and automated draft processing. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Resend delivers project emails and receives replies to project-specific addresses; our contact mailbox uses Google Workspace. We pass these providers the information needed for those functions. Live records are accessible to the relevant business and authorised Bonmorrow operations. Cancelling renewal does not automatically erase your project or enquiry history. In the interactive demo, visitors cannot see each other’s records and no calls, texts or emails are sent.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to contact@bonmorrow.com. We reply within 30 days.
